Welcome to N24 Waikoloa Fairway Villas, your ideal vacation rental where you will enjoy the exclusive Hilton Pool Pass for 2024. This pass allows up to six guests (with children under five not counting towards this limit) to indulge in all the luxurious amenities of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel.

Your pass is valid from 4 PM on the day you arrive until 11 AM on your departure day, providing you with ample time to unwind. Upon arrival, you'll find the pass along with an instructional letter conveniently awaiting you in your rental. With free self-parking available for one vehicle right at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel, accessing fun activities has never been easier.

The Hilton Pool Pass grants you access to the vibrant pools, exhilarating waterslides, and soothing hot tubs, along with complimentary pool towel service. There are no blackout dates or restrictions on use; however, please note that the fitness center is available from 9 AM to 5 PM for a fee of $20 per person per day (the standard rate is $25). Also, if you wish to store your belongings, locker rentals at the Kona pool are just $10 a day. Remember, only registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com can utilize the pass, and it cannot be sold or transferred. A replacement fee of $250 applies if lost or damaged, so please keep it safe.

• Guest Bedroom: Two Twin Size Beds (which can convert into a King bed for a $50 fee upon advance request)
• Additional Bedding: One twin rollaway bed and one fold-out futon mat

N24 Waikoloa Fairway Villas is situated on the second floor of the N Building, accessible via elevator or stairs. This spacious condo offers an inviting atmosphere for entertaining family and friends, making it the perfect place for relaxation during your Hawaiian getaway.

Please be advised that, according to HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa or hot tub areas.

Located within the gated community of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on Hawaii's beautiful Kohala Coast, you're just minutes away from Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market, and Kings Shops, offering fantastic shopping and dining options. Additionally, Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is merely a short 15-minute stroll or a quick drive from your doorstep.

Each of our vacation rentals provides a basic supply kit with essentials like laundry detergent, garbage bags, and paper towels. Note that while we provide certain items, cooking oils, condiments, and additional food supplies need to be acquired at nearby grocery stores.
